The young researcher’s union at Rigshospitalet aims to foster and strengthen collaboration and the research environment among young scientists through:

• Facilitation of high-quality research
• Internal and external interdisciplinary collaboration
• Increased influence on the research conditions
• Dissemination of research

This is achieved through: theme days, workshops, poster- and presentation competitions with funding in collaboration with various institutions; primarily Rigshospitalet and the University of Copenhagen.

The members of the Board of Directors consists of mainly PhD fellows, who volunteer to carry out the important work of the organization.
